GHF manufactures Hydrant Dispensers of various types and designs, having flow rates of up to 4000 LPM. These are used for refuelling large-size aircraft requiring a large quantity of fuel, through hydrant lines laid at airports.

The fuelling system consists of internationally proven components like:

• Hydrant coupler • Fuel monitor • Surge suppressor • Venturi • Flow meter • Hose reel • Intake hose • Deck and hose-reel hoses • Pressure couplings • Depressurization system • Electrical dead man • Closed circuit sampler • Control panel

Options available are with the Elevating fuelling deck platform positioned behind the driver’s cab or, between the module and the hose reel or, at the rear of the chassis. The dispenser has a hydraulically operated deck platform designed for three persons to move up and down with a provision of two 63 mm dia deck hoses to enable the operators to connect pressure couplings to the Aircraft up to a level of 5.7 meters from ground level.

Optional features include:

• Hydraulic or Mechanical lifting mechanism for the intake hose
• Hydraulic or DC electric motor for hose reel winding
• Pneumatic lifter for deck hoses for easy lifting and
• Automatic evacuation of slope tank

All drain lines are provided with a spring return ball valve in addition to ball-valve for draining and or sampling of the fuel. The hydrant dispensers could be Truck mounted or Trailer mounted.

Safety features include: • Provision of brake interlock on all pressure couplings stowages • Interlock for hydrant coupler • Interlock for scissor platform • Provision of static grounding cable • Fire extinguishers • Electrical/pneumatic dead man handle • Fire screen • Spark arrestor at the exhaust of the engine
