We also fabricate static Filter Vessels suitable for Aviation Turbine fuel. Micro Filters, Filter Water Separators and Fuel Monitors are fabricated as per ASME design. Recently two Micro Filters of 300 M 3/Hr capacity were designed and supplied by us to Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd., Mumbai for their ATF line project. The design pressure was 30 Kg./Cm 2, hydro test pressure being 39 Kg./Cm 2 with 100% radiographic joints. The inspection was carried out by PDIL. Besides static vessels, we are fabricating Fuel Monitors for Hydrant Dispensers and Refuellers under license of Faudi Aviation, Germany. The vessels are made in carbon steel epoxy coated as well as in stainless steel construction. |
